The challenge is to place ghostbuster signs in holly hedges, dirty docks, and pleasant parks. To place Three signs in total you have to visit a single location to complete the challenge. You can do it in holly hedges.
In the center of town on the westward side of the nursery shop, players can place 1st sign and after that players can place the next heard to the building northeast corner and the 3rd one to the building south side. You can now be able to see the glowing, blue signs outside and you can also interact with them to place the ghostbusters sign.
